We hope that you love our windy products as much as we do. However, the windy hair oil cannot be returned, due to the nature of the products and hygienic reason.

After you have palace an order, the package will be shipped within 2-3 business days. All sales are then final and no refunds, returns will be initiated once the order is shipped. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products, we are not responsible for any customs/duties charged by your country.

Our products are external use only. It is recommended that you test on a small area and wait 24 hours to ensure there’s no allergic reaction. If you experience any irritation or discomfort, please discontinue to use.
